The tools used in this healing technique are start simple yet powerful. You can say exactly what you’re thinking all of the time and explicitly name what is making you feel negatively.
Then comes the work. With clever questions you get to see how these thoughts are impacting you and are in fact dis-empowering you and costing you your happiness, health and general well being.
When you let go of the previous way of thinking you can experience great happiness and emotional freedom. Many people are surprised how quickly deeply rooted concepts and beliefs can disappear.
How does it work?
Here are four of the framework questions that you can start asking yourself about any negative statement you believe to be true. Write down your statement before you start to keep it clear in your mind.
Is it true?
Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
How do you react when you think that thought?
Who would you be without that thought?

I sought Sarah’s help with an on going office conflict, and we used The Work of Byron Katie to change the way I related to a work colleague; I now feel I’m able to interact on a day to day bases in a positive way and the old feelings/frustrations are no longer apparent.
