Reiki is a healing technique where the practitioner lays hands on set positions to help you to feel relief and a sense of balance, give the ego a rest and allow nature to take hold and heal various areas of your life, without you seemingly having to do a thing.
Sarah Middleton is a Reiki Master and can advise you on how to take it further after the initial consultation; she is a great believer in self help and will wholeheartedly support you in the path that you choose to take.
Sharing Reiki is one of the great joys of practicing this art.
